This license only applies to items purchased through HarkMusicSeries.com. It is the Buyer's responsibility to read and understand this license. If you are unsure about anything, please send an email to music@harkmusicseries.com.

The Buyer is granted unlimited lifetime usage of medium purchased, regardless of application or size/type of distribution, personal, private or commercial. No further purchase (including renewals, sync rights, needle-drops or mass distribution royalties) is necessary.

Hark Music Series offers no regional lockouts or usage limitations to any Buyer on any media purchased. To guarantee exclusivity, please contact Hark Productions to arrange for customized music or other media.

The Seller retains ownership & copyrights to all purchased materials. The Buyer is only purchasing the right to use the contents. The Buyer MAY use and/or sell the product as part of a project that incorporates other video, still photo and/or audio media. The Buyer MAY NOT redistribute the product, in whole or in part, in its original form.

The Seller maintains that all items purchased are their original work, or are derivative works from something found, and verified, to be in the public domain. Seller maintains they legally possess the power to grant the Buyer this license for all purchased materials. Buyer may use the materials in any personal projects or commercial projects, as long as the Seller's work is protected from extraction and none of the items above have been violated. Buyer purchases the right to use this product forever, as often as wanted, regardless of Seller's future offerings and/or prices. Seller has the right to revoke this license ONLY if it is shown that the Buyer has violated the terms and conditions above.
